HR Director in charge of Volunteering - AnpE Bénin

Colombe Doyigbe is a Human Resources Administrator specialising in project and program management. She serves as Human Resources Director in charge of Volunteering at the National Employment Agency (AnpE) in the Government of the Republic of Benin. She is also a national expert within the Inter-ministerial Commission for the Implementation of Inclusion Measures for Persons with Disabilities. Colombe graduated from the International Institute of Management (IIM) in Benin with a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. She later specialized in the field of volunteering, earning a Certificate in Volunteering and Citizenship from the University of Kara in Togo in partnership with the National Volunteering Agency of Togo (ANVT). In addition to the certificate, she completed several practical training modules at the French Civic Service Agency. At the AnpE, she manages national and international volunteering projects/programs and also coordinates several other projects and programs. She serves as the Focal Point for the National Institute for Women (INF) under the supervision of the Presidency of the Republic of Benin, and she is President of the Women’s Association of the Ministry of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises & the Promotion of Employment (MPMEPE).
