Teng Yun, Chair of VOW Center, Board Member of the International Volunteer Organizations Alliance (VGA), and member of the Forum Standards Working Group. He is a Senior Certified Trainer of Volunteer Service in China and among the first government-certified trainers for social organizations. He has been invited as a youth social organization expert by the Ministry of Science and Education of Russia and as an International Visiting Scholar by the U.S. Department of State. He also serves as a Distinguished Mentor at the Philanthropy Education Center of Beijing Normal University. Previously, he served as an Executive Council Member of the China Youth Volunteer Association, Chair of the Northeast China Youth Philanthropy Development Forum, Director of the Liaoning Youth Social Organization Incubation Base, and Secretary-General of the Liaoning Youth Volunteer Association. He is currently the lead translator of the Chinese edition of the Global Volunteer Service Standards Handbook. Teng Yun will be participating in the Learning Hub on day one of the conference.
