Over the past 20 years, she has interviewed hundreds of individuals, always combining the sharp perspective of a journalist with the passion of a volunteer to spread warmth and highlight the value of public service. Her professional contributions empower volunteerism through the media. Her publication “The Current Situation and Development Strategies of Volunteer Service Organizations in China” was selected for inclusion in the Blue Book on China’s Social System Reform.
