Zhai Yan is the founer of Beijing Huizeren Probono Development Center in 2003. and Co-founder and Chairman of the Beijing Pro Bono Foundation, the “I Volunteer Academy” and “I Will” Volunteer Joint Action. Expert in volunteer management research and training of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, China Volunteer Service Federation and Communist Youth League Central Committee, Executive Director of Beijing Volunteer Service Federation, Vice Chairman of Beijing Federation of Social Psychological Work, Board menber of Beijing Volunteer Service Development Research Association. Zhai Yan will be speaking on Day 3 of the IVCO programme, in the session on Taking Action, Measurement and Takeaways and will share how China’s Volunteer Development Index was implemented.
