Gabriela Kuhn

Head of Programme , ECPAT International

Gabriela Kühn is Head of Programme at ECPAT International, a global network of 142 civil society organisations in 115 countries working to end the sexual exploitation of children. She engages with international and regional intergovernmental bodies, governments, law enforcement, businesses, and CSOs to strengthen child protection measures in travel and tourism and digital environments. Gabriela leads global advocacy and initiatives to close legal, policy, and programmatic gaps, and has authored several publications, including Global Case Study: How to Regulate the Issue of Voluntourism with Children. She holds a European Master’s Degree in Human Rights and Democratisation, a postgraduate degree in International Cooperation and Development, a Master’s in foreign languages, and works in six languages. Gabriela will be speaking on day two of the IVCO conference, at the session on Duty of Care and Child Protection in Volunteering and Voluntourism
