We look forward to seeing you at IVCO 2024! With the conference fast approaching we would encourage you to secure your accommodation as soon as possible.

Please note that negotiated rates are no longer available through the official IVCO 2024 booking platform.

To assist you with the booking process, we have put together some useful links which can be used to find available accommodation in the area. All accommodation options listed below are located within 20 minutes of walking distance from the main conference venue (Northumbria University Students’ Union, 2 Sandyford Rd, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8SB).

Currently there is availability from 9th to 13th September, with less choice for the weekends either side of the conference, if you are planning to extend your stay:
