There is a list of steps you will need to complete to obtain your visa to enter for the duration of the conference.

We strongly encourage participants to apply for their visas as early as possible, ideally six months in advance, to accommodate processing times and potential unforeseen delays.

The latest reasonable deadline for submitting an application is mid-September.

1.      Find out more and, if necessary, submit your visa application on the website: https://france-visas.gouv.fr/en/web/france-visas/ no later than 3 to 4 weeks before your planned date of entry into the Schengen area. Demonstration videos (also available in EN and ES):

3.      When submitting your application, carefully follow the list of documents to be provided in order to submit a complete file. The invitation and/or coverage of certain expenses does not exempt you from providing proof of your socio-professional situation.
