Montmartre is a historic 130-meter-high hill and bohemian district in Paris’s northern 18th arrondissement, renowned for its artistic history, steep cobblestone streets, and the white-domed Basilica of the Sacré-Cœur at its summit. Formerly an independent village attracting artists like Picasso and Van Gogh, it remains a bustling, artsy neighbourhood known for its cafes, vineyards, and scenic views
