Global Volunteering Forum
Annual Conference (IVCO)

Ticketing FAQS

A range of ticket options are available – delegates registering before the 12th June can benefit from our Early Bird ticket prices.  We also offer a subsidised delegate ticket rate, available to delegates registering from organisations headquartered in the Global South, or low-income organisations (income is less than $100k per year). Students (from any location) and youth delegates (under 30) may also register for the subsidised delegate rate.   If your organisation is sending a delegation of five or more representatives, contact us to find out about group discounts. Click here to register and see ticket pricing.

The registration fee includes conference participation and meals during the conference (lunch and coffee breaks), as well as refreshments at the welcome event in the evening on Monday 19th October. Delegates are responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation and other meals.

You can pay directly by credit card or Paypal. If you are unable to use this option, you can request an invoice and pay by bank transfer. On receipt of funds, we will send you a registration code. Please submit this form to request an invoice.

The registration fee is non-refundable. However, you may transfer your ticket to somebody else. Please contact us by email at IVCO@forum-ids.org to arrange this.
