The Global Volunteering Forum 2027 will take place in Bogotá, Colombia, marking the first time the conference is hosted in Latin America since 2014. This is an opportunity to widen the global conversation by bringing the experience, leadership, innovation and distinctive forms of volunteering emerging across Latin America and the Caribbean to the centre of the international agenda.

The conference will take place in a world that is increasingly dynamic, uncertain and interconnected. Organisations are adapting to changing development financing, new expectations of the private sector, rapid technological transformation, new forms of civic engagement, climate-related pressures and growing demands to demonstrate meaningful impact.

The Global Volunteering Forum 2027 will ask a practical and strategic question: how can volunteering remain relevant, valuable and transformative in a new world?
