After the different breakout sessions, the convivial work will be an opportunity for delegates to reconvene in the plenary room and share learnings and key reflections from Day 1. Facilitated smaller group discussions in the plenary space will continue to foster collaborative reflections from individual, organisational and sectoral lenses.

The questions guiding the exercise will be:

• What are the big questions that the crises of today and tomorrow raise for us within our respective contexts of work in the volunteering sector?
• What are the challenges and crises that volunteering can help meet?
• What are the threats, opportunities and innovations emanating from such crises?
