Building on the themes surfaced in the Day 2 roundtable discussion, this interactive session will invite delegates to explore how the issues raised resonate with their own experiences.  We will provide time and space to reflect together on what strategies exist for supporting volunteers' resilience and adaptation in challenging environments.

Different modalities of breakout sessions have been designed to amplify diverse voices and promote opportunities for delegates to share their experiences in engaging ways during IVCO 2025.
