This collective exercise will provide a designated space for delegates to engage in open discussions, share questions and exchange reflections on both the keynote speech and the roundtable session in smaller groups. In line with the IVCO 2024 overarching conference theme of building connections, delegates will convene in smaller groups within the same plenary room.

Session objectives:

• Encourage deeper dialogue and interactions amongst delegates and between them and speakers (who will join different tables) to discuss the conference theme and how it relates to their work.
• Foster questioning, collaboration and knowledge-sharing in a supportive and approachable environment during the conference.
