Jacob Ingelgren is a dedicated advocate for volunteering and organisational development, with a strong emphasis on ensuring the duty of care for volunteers. His lifelong commitment to strengthening Swedish civil society is exemplified through his extensive engagement with the Swedish Red Cross. Over the years, Jacob has undertaken various roles within the organisation, all focused on establishing a robust and effective volunteer network aimed at alleviating and preventing human suffering. His journey began as a volunteer coordinator with the Red Cross Youth Association, subsequently leading to his position as Volunteering Development Advisor at the National Department. He later advanced to become the Head of Organisational Development.
