Jean is CEO of the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) Foundation and serves as Chief Social Impact Officer at SBF. With a rich background in government relations, public diplomacy and non-profit management, Jean is a seasoned leader committed to driving positive change. As the former CEO of the Singapore International Foundation (SIF), Jean spearheaded strategic planning and organisational development, significantly elevating SIF’s impact in the region. Under her leadership, SIF launched flagship programmes in healthcare, education, good business, and arts and culture, including international volunteering programmes in 14 countries. Both nationally and globally, these SIF programmes have earned acclaim for design excellence, collaborative partnership, and measurable impact. Jean continues to contribute to SIF’s mission as Vice Chairman on its Board of Governors. In her current role at SBF, Jean leverages her extensive experience and networks to guide both the Foundation and Federation efforts in mobilising corporate purpose for social impact. Beyond her professional commitments, Jean actively volunteers on the boards of international organisations such as Forum and the Global Public Diplomacy Network. She also dedicates her time to local charities in Singapore, including Cycling Without Age which aims to reduce social isolation among seniors, and SG Enable which advocates for persons with disabilities and their caregivers. Jean will be one of the moderators during the IVCO 2024 Conference.
