Luisa Gentile is a leader and community builder with thirty years of international experience across the corporate, higher education, and non-profit sectors. She is the Founder of Professionals Doing Good (PdG) in Cambodia, a social enterprise that connects skilled professionals with ethical grassroots organizations to strengthen capacity, build resilience, and create lasting community impact.
Prior to establishing PdG, Luisa led employee-driven Corporate Social Responsibility programs for over fifteen years across Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, bridging the corporate and social impact spheres and advancing skills-based volunteering on a global scale. In 2015, she transitioned to Cambodia’s non-profit sector, where her work with grassroots NGOs inspired the creation of PdG as a platform to match international expertise with local development needs.
Luisa’s work spans more than ten countries, combining international corporate practice with grassroots empowerment. She also serves as a board member and pro-bono mentor for Cambodian charities. Luisa holds a degree in Education & Philosophy and a postgraduate degree in People & Organisational Development, grounding her strategic and human-centered approach to leadership, volunteering, and collaboration.
