Throughout his career, Pablo has worked diligently to address the challenges posed by climate change, focusing on strategies that empower rural populations and enhance their resilience. In addition to his role at Norec, Pablo is an active member of Forum’s Climate Action group and the RPPL group, where he collaborates with like-minded professionals to drive meaningful change and advocate for effective climate policies.
