SeoJi Kim is an Assistant Manager at the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), based in Korea. She participated in the 2024 IVCO event and has a strong interest in development cooperation. During her KOICA internship, she supported global training programs at the Azerbaijan overseas office. Since joining KOICA, she has been in charge of the WFK short-term volunteer program within the Volunteer Program Management Team, contributing to the integrated operation and management of volunteer projects across various Korean ministries. Guided by her motto, “Fill life with meaningful choices,” she strives to lead a purposeful life through international development cooperation.
