Sille Lukowski works at Norec, the Norwegian Agency for Exchange Cooperation. She leads the Civil Society section overseeing international partnerships and funding schemes. With over a decade of experience in international cooperation, she has worked closely with partners across Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Before joining Norec, Sille lived in Malawi where she was Country Director for Chance for Change, a youth-focused NGO. There, she managed a team of 40 and led programmes on education, criminal justice, and leadership. Earlier in her career, she worked with local governments and NGOs in Norway, Liberia, and Kenya, in roles ranging from volunteer to programme advisor. Sille holds a Master of Science in International Politics and a Master of Social Sciences from the University of Glasgow. Sille will be speaking on Day 1 of the conference, at the session on International Exchange of Volunteers between Civil Society Organisations.
