Sujin Cha began her career at a domestic NGO in South Korea, where she was responsible for supporting education development initiatives in Cambodia, Madagascar, and eSwatini. To gain first hand experience of international development in practice, she served as a KOICA volunteer in Cambodia. Sujin is currently an Associate in the Volunteer Recruitment Team at KOICA, contributing to the organisation’s mission of advancing global cooperation through volunteer engagement. Sujin will be speaking on day two of the conference in the breakout session on supporting volunteers to access their work.
