Yoonji believes in the potential and collective strength of local communities, particularly among the youth. She spent 1 year and 3 months at the Balykchy City Hall in Kyrgyzstan, where she developed and implemented community development programs with local youth.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Educational Development and Cooperation and has a keen interest in children, youth, education, and volunteer activities.
She hopes that young people will experience volunteer work, discover its true meaning, and develop themselves. Currently, she is responsible for supporting startup programs at KOICA (Korea International Cooperation Agency) for returned volunteers.
