Buy a local sim card

Finding a SIM card in Cambodia is a simple and relatively cheap process. There are many different phone carriers in Cambodia, and Cellcard is the most popular one among expats and travellers. Data Packages are cheap, and setup costs are low, so even for short stays the SIM card pays off. You will need a passport style photo and your passport to hand, to purchase a sim card in one of the many phone shops in town.
