IVCO returns this September , bringing together global leaders, volunteer-involving organisations, policymakers, and civil society actors for a week of dialogue, collaboration and action in Siem Reap, Cambodia.

Early Bird Registration is now open for the conference and workshops, taking place from 14–18 September 2025, co-hosted by Forum and the Cooperation Committee for Cambodia.

Under the theme “Strengthening Civil Society in Challenging Times”, IVCO 2025 will explore the pivotal role of volunteers in fostering resilient, inclusive, and peaceful societies. The conference will address:

• The critical contributions of volunteers to civil society

• Strategies to navigate and overcome challenges facing civil society today

• Volunteerism’s unique role in building peace within and across borders

Following the success of IVCO 2024, which welcomed 143 participants from 85 organisations across 40 countries—with a 95% satisfaction rating—IVCO 2025 promises to be another essential gathering for the volunteering and development sectors.

Participants can look forward to engaging panel discussions, interactive workshops, and rich networking opportunities, all designed to share learning and surface innovative responses to shared global challenges.

A special subsidised rate of USD $300 is available for youth delegates, students, and representatives from organisations headquartered in the Global South or with an annual income under $100,000.
