Co-founder and Vice Chairperson of Beijing Pro Bono Foundation, and Co-partner of CITIC-Pruden “Extraordinary Legacy” Family Office. She holds an MSc in Corporate Social Responsibility from the University of Nottingham, UK, and is a certified Senior Trust Planner (CITIC Trust). With two decades of cross-sector experience in philanthropy and finance, Ling served as Vice Chairperson and Secretary-General of YouChange China Social Entrepreneur Foundation, co-leading the development of the “3As” social value assessment system, adopted as a group standard by the China Charity Alliance. She enjoys ECOSOC Special Consultative Status and has spoken at UN General Assembly side events. She co-founded the Beijing Pro Bono Foundation and helped make China’s Volunteering Development Index a UN country-level best practice. She serves as a board member of the Global Pro Bono Network (GPBN). Her research covers social innovation, impact investing, charity trusts, NGO governance, CSR/ESG, and international cooperation. She is an expert advisor to the Ministry of Civil Affairs and a mentor at Tsinghua, Peking, and Renmin universities.
