Trinnah Marie Caracho is a Volunteer Programs Specialist at Habitat for Humanity International in Asia-Pacific, where she leads the design and integration of local volunteering and youth engagement initiatives across 14 countries. She brings over a decade of experience in community mobilization, program coordination, and youth leadership development, with perspectives shaped by both regional work and grassroots practice. She holds a Master of Public Policy from Universität Erfurt, Germany, specializing in non-profit management and international development, and a Bachelor of Science in Development Communication from Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan, Philippines. Trinnah has worked across sectors, including academia, civil society, and international organizations, contributing to programs that strengthen civic participation and support young people as active contributors to community development. She has trained youth leaders, coordinated multi-country initiatives, and helped develop strategies that connect local action with broader development goals.
