Annual Conference (IVCO)

The registration fee includes conference participation and meals during the conference (lunch and coffee breaks), as well as refreshments at the welcome event in the evening on Monday 19th October. Delegates are responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation and other meals.

You can pay directly by credit card or Paypal. If you are unable to use this option, you can request an invoice and pay by bank transfer. On receipt of funds, we will send you a registration code. Please submit this form   to request an invoice.

The registration fee is non-refundable. However, you may transfer your ticket to somebody else. Please contact us by email at IVCO@forum-ids.org to arrange this.

The subsidised delegate ticket rate is available for Global South, or low income organisations (less than €100k per year), students & youth delegates (born after 23 Oct 1996)

We will accept registrations until October 11th, unless we reach capacity before that date.
