Ginette serves as Senior Programme Manager and represents the SHARE programme across Francophone Africa. She has a long record of strengthening volunteer cooperation, setting high standards for partner and volunteer engagement, and translating good practice into measurable results. With more than a decade of experience in community development, she focuses on evidence-informed implementation, capacity sharing, and responsible management of financial and human resources. Ginette’s work centres on building resilient partnerships and ensuring programmes are locally led, impactful, and sustainable—linking volunteers, civil-society organisations, and institutions to deliver practical support to communities. Ginette will be a speaker at IVCO 2025 on “Volunteers as Change-Makers: Advocacy, Activism and Navigating Risks”
