Paris is easily accessible by air, or by train from across Europe. Most visitors will arrive at Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle and Orly airports, as well as at the various Paris train stations. Take a look at the different routes and fare options available to reach Gare de Lyon, the train station adjacent to the ADF offices, where the conference is taking place.
By public transport:
The journey takes around 50 minutes in total. Purchase a “Shuttle” ticket: €14
To purchase a ticket, you have several options:
From your arrival terminal, follow the “RER B” signs and go to the “Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 2 TGV” station
Take the RER B towards Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse
Get off at “Châtelet-Les Halles” and follow the “RER A” signs
Take the RER A towards Boissy-Saint-Léger
Get off at “Gare de Lyon”
By Taxi (fixed rates):
Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle -> Gare de Lyon: €56
By private hire vehicle (see section below for details):
Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle -> Gare de Lyon (approximately 1 hour): around €30
By Metro
From your arrival terminal, follow the “Metro Line 14” signs and go to the Aéroport d’Orly station
Take Metro Line 14 towards Saint-Denis-Pleyel
Get off at “Gare de Lyon”

Orly -> Gare de Lyon: €45

Orly -> Gare de Lyon (approximately 50 minutes): around €25
Gare de Lyon is one of the six main train stations in Paris. The others are Gare du Nord, Gare de l’Est, Gare d’Austerlitz, Gare Montparnasse, and Gare Saint-Lazare.
It is easy to reach Gare de Lyon from any of these stations by metro with a ticket costing €2.55. Buy a ticket using the machines at the station or by downloading the IDF Mobilités or the Bonjour RATP App
