Can Chen has over 19 years of experience in the management and operation of social organizations, with a strong focus on nature conservation, cultural heritage protection, sustainable cities and communities, and volunteer service. She has held key positions at institutions including the Sichuan Provincial Forestry Department, the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), and the SEE Foundation.
Throughout her career, Chen has led teams on international exchange and cooperation projects in countries such as the United States, Colombia, Peru, Kenya, and Thailand. She has established partnerships with more than 140 international NGOs and played a leading role in launching global philanthropic initiatives that foster cross-border collaboration and impact.
