An expert and practitioner in the field of public participation and the third sector, with fifteen years’ experience working in non-governmental organisations. He has managed numerous non-governmental organisations in Poland and has worked as an expert for, amongst others, the European Commission and the Foundation for the Development of the Education System, assessing Erasmus+ and AMIF applications, as well as in incubators for non-governmental organisations and the social economy. As a project coordinator, trainer and consultant, he has worked on Erasmus+ educational projects in many countries across Europe, Asia, Africa and South America.
For many years, he was associated with the Volunteer Centre in Kielce, which he managed from 2010 to 2015. He has been involved in youth work, projects promoting local democracy, and national youth policy, including the EU Youth Dialogue, where he chaired the National Working Group. Former member of the Monitoring Committee of the Regional Operational Programme for the Świętokrzyskie Province. He was vice-chairman of the board of the Polish Council of Youth Organisations. He gained experience whilst also working as a volunteer, including at a primary school in India, a prison in Bolivia, and equality organisations in the USA.
