Nora Zei leads a dedicated global team at Rotary International as General Manager and Chief Member & Participant Experience Officer. Together, they help shape how people first encounter Rotary, how they experience it as members and participants, and what keeps them connected over time. Her work is focused on ensuring Rotary delivers clear and lasting value to members throughout their lifetime with the organization. Nora earned her MBA in strategic management from Chicago Booth and is an active member of the Rotary Club of Chicago Cosmopolitan.
